1. Application:

The ZHCH 516 D intelligent battery tester is mainly used in battery daily maintenance, capacity test, periodical discharge, and other DC power load capacity test. The material can avoid over heat. It can test single battery unit 2v, 6v, and12v. It also tests battery in string, or battery pack for discharge current,monitor time, and discharge capacity, ect.

2. Features:

ü       It can monitor discharge procedure of battery at real time.

ü       Test function: fast capacity test, online monitoring, and capacity check;

ü       7 inch color touch screen displayer, English manual, communication port;

ü       Real display test data, including voltage, current, discharge time, capacity, voltage protection level, ect

ü       After parameter setting, it automatically completes discharge procedure;

ü       It   tests single battery of battery pack and whole battery pack, as to customer request;

ü        single unit monitor module, wireless communicated with main tester, allowed distance max is 400 meters.

ü       Customer can choose discharge mode: discharge test according to multiple discharge power to get real capacity of the battery; online compensation function to ensure constant current discharge.

ü       protection: if the battery voltage is lower than set protection voltage orload connection is abnormal, it stops discharge and make alarm.

ü       Autostop function: four conditions can be set for discharge stop: 1. whole packvoltage stop condition; 2. single unit voltage stop condition; 3. dischargetime stop condition; 4. discharge capacity stop condition. And there is alsomanual stop function.

ü      tester can also be used as main part of computer, and as load, to suit test purpose of big capacitance.

ü       Data process: through RS232 port or SD card, test data can be transferred to computer, after special software processing, it generates curve, column diagram, and forms to show performance of tested battery pack.

ü       After test, system automatically displays test result, and provide maintenance suggestion.
